Velvet K.O. – “Plan B” (Single)

Ontario-based artist Velvet K.O. recently released his 2nd single “Plan B“. When asked what makes his sound different, his response was “I’d say my sound is unique because I try to use my voice like an electric guitar”. The spaced-out synth mixed with light, subtle guitar plucks makes for a great late night listen. Providing an impressive plethora of melodies and flows, Velvet K.O.’s voice is somewhat reminiscent of Don Toliver while also exhibiting his strong Lil Peep & Juice WRLD influence.

Being from Ontario, he utilizes his bilingual ability to deliver on a smooth bridge in French. Speaking on life’s highs and lows, Velvet K.O. brings the listener on an emotional rollercoaster touching on his own battles with depression and substance abuse. His main goal is to be able to inspire people and serve as a voice for those in need. Velvet K.O. displays a wide-ranging arsenal of talent and potential. With plans of releasing music every two weeks, he will definitely be an exciting artist to watch. Stay tuned for his upcoming single “Pacific” releasing on November 6th!
